HP Victus vs Lenovo LOQ: Gaming Laptop Comparison (BD)
HP Victus and Lenovo LOQ are the two most common gaming laptop lines sold in Bangladesh in the ৳95,000–৳160,000 range, and both are available at ASES Tech across multiple GPU tiers. Neither line is objectively “better” across the board — the right pick depends on which configuration matches your budget and what you’re prioritizing: raw GPU tier, RAM, or display quality. Here’s an honest breakdown using current stock and pricing.
Quick Comparison by Price Band
Where Each Line Genuinely Differs
RAM is where LOQ tends to win at the same price
At comparable price points, several LOQ configurations ship with 16GB or even 24GB DDR5 where the equivalent Victus model ships with 8GB or 16GB DDR4. For gaming alone the difference is often marginal, but if you also run background apps, streaming software, or multitask while gaming, the extra RAM on LOQ models is a real practical advantage — not a marketing point.
Victus reaches higher GPU tiers at the top end
If you want the most GPU horsepower we currently stock, the Victus 15-fa2787nr with an RTX 5060 8GB sits above anything in our current LOQ lineup. If raw GPU tier is your priority above all else, Victus currently has the higher ceiling.
Operating system varies by SKU, not by brand
Some LOQ units ship with FreeDOS, others with Windows 11 Home — the same is true across Victus SKUs. This isn’t a brand-level difference; check the specific model’s OS before assuming either way. If a unit ships FreeDOS, you’ll need to install Windows yourself or have it set up at purchase.
Display specs are close, check nits and sRGB coverage per model
Both lines use 15.6″ FHD 144Hz panels across most SKUs, but brightness (nits) and color coverage (% sRGB) vary by specific model rather than by brand. Check the individual product page rather than assuming all Victus or all LOQ panels are identical.
A note on what we won’t claim: we don’t have independent benchmark or reliability data comparing Victus and LOQ at scale, and we won’t invent a “more reliable” or “better built” verdict between the two brands. Both are mainstream gaming lines from established manufacturers. The honest comparison is price, spec, and configuration — not a brand quality claim we can’t back up.
So Which Should You Buy?
- Tight budget, RTX 3050 is enough for your games: Victus 15-fa2013dx at ৳95,500 is the lowest entry point in this comparison.
- Best value per taka in the mid-range: LOQ 15ARP9 at ৳115,500 gives you RTX 4050 and 16GB DDR5 — a stronger config than the similarly priced Victus at this tier.
- You multitask heavily while gaming or run multiple apps: LOQ models with 16GB–24GB DDR5 have the edge.
- You want the highest GPU tier available regardless of price: Victus 15-fa2787nr with RTX 5060 8GB currently tops our lineup.
