Are your laptops 100% genuine and official?
Yes, absolutely. As a direct importer, ASES Tech guarantees that every product we sell is 100% genuine. We provide official brand warranty for HP, Lenovo, ASUS, and other major brands.
How do I claim a warranty?
You can claim warranty by visiting our shop at Multiplan Centre (Level 13) with your original invoice. You can also contact our RMA head, Nur Alamin (Babu), at 01321178614 for technical support.
Do you offer home delivery inside Dhaka?
Yes, we provide home delivery within Dhaka city. For high-value laptops, we ensure secure handling through our dedicated logistics team. Cash on delivery is available under certain conditions.
Can I upgrade RAM/SSD without voiding the warranty?
If the upgrade is done through our official technical center, your warranty will remain intact. We recommend consulting with our support team before making any hardware changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, bKash/Nagad, and most major Credit/Debit cards. For corporate orders, we also accept formal work orders and pay orders.
